How to place an order?

The MOQ?
No minimum order qty for oil painting. You can purchase it one or two piece as a sample, of course we still encourage customers to buy more to reduce the freight of sample..

The quality of oil painting?
Our painting is guaranteed. All are pure hand-made, no any computer and other machine methods. All our professional artists are well educated and have many years experience..

Sizes of oil painting?
All sizes are available, including regular sizes: 8"x10" 12"x16" 16"x20" 20"x24" 24"x36" 24"x48" 30"x40" 36"x48" 40"x60" and other special sizes.

Delivery?
We will finish the order in 15 working days after receiving your payment. We will keep you noted for the progress of your order and notice you before shipment. Usually, it takes 3-5 days to arrive at your house by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT Express ways, 7days by air and about one month by sea.

Packing?
Unframed paintings will be rolled and packed by thin plastic layer between paintings, shipped via express ways(DHL, UPS, TNT, or FEDEX), framed paintings will be put into cartons flatly and shipped by sea.

How about customize order?
Yes, we accept customize orders which are really appreciated by most of our clients. Please send your own collection and pictures; we will send you the detailed quotation via email.

Can I have pricelist?
Yes, we will send you our general pricelist via email.

After-service?
If any of the delivered articles show material defects, transport damage or the wrong articles have been delivered, please inform us within 24 hours after you receiving the goods and we will immediately exchange or refund all goods. Damaged goods will be replaced whenever possible; if however we are unable to replace them they will be fully reimbursed.
We provide refund for any unsatisfactory quality if product is sent back by clients’ own shipping cost within 3 days after clients receiving the goods.
For our regular buyers, we also provide free replacement, free improvement, or guarantee for any unsatisfactory quality or product damage.
